About Me

My name is Emma Schoth. I am a senior at Mount Pulaski High School. To stay actively

involved in my school, I participate in softball, cheer, student council, FCCLA, National Honor

Society, Drama Club, and year book staff. I have always been passionate about psychology

and mental health research. After high school I plan to attend DePaul University to major in

psychology. Through CEO, I will have the opportunity to create a business that relates to my

major, and I am very excited about that. I would like to thank all of the CEO investors for this

amazing opportunity to get out of the classroom, and have a new experience.

Monday, we were able to start the week by choosing a CEO. We chose Haley, and I am excited to see her succeed in her position, and help us achieve our goals as a team. We are starting to make progress in our group business, and I am excited to see what we end up coming up with.

Wednesday, we spoke with Ed Dowling. Ed shared many valuable pieces of information about the business world. He stressed the importance of knowing your costs and how to balance that with your pricing. Ed also reminded us not to be afraid of change, because it is always coming.
