Also on Wednesday, Joy Josh and I went to Clinton to tell people about the CEO program since they’re planning to have one started in 2018. I had a great time speaking to people and telling everyone what I enjoy about the program.

What was really interesting was that they have different committees for every part of the Eaton organization. Everyone has their job and they stick to it. They’re really important in the community since they have several job opportunities for almost anyone with a high school diploma.

Don Bode was our wonderful way to end the week. He has been welding for over 35 years and loves what he does. He didn’t think that’s what he’d end up doing for the rest of his life but that’s where he ended and he loves every bit of it.  He has a driven personality and definitely shows me I should never be scared to try new things because you can learn to love it.
