As the Associate Director of Learning and Development at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, he routinely guides employees through the proper way to answer the phone, construct an email, and run meetings. He shared his expertise with CEO and gave an assignment: create an email signature and record an outgoing message for your voicemail.

Adding a little friendly competition to the mix, our young entrepreneurs raced to put the elements of a professional email together. At the end of the morning, each student was gifted a copy of "Presentation Zen" by Garr Reynolds. 🧘
