Blinn also shared some nuggets of wisdom about business and work ethic:
- Whatever you do, be diligent. Preparation and responsiveness are key.
- Document your process to be able to replicate it.
- Business should work for you, not vice versa.
-As a business owner, you need to operate at 100%. Looking after your health, time with family and friends, and taking time off are a must.
