Feedback? Yes, please!
The CEO team met with Abe's Carmelcorn owner Michael Simonson for a discussion to wrap up "POP'D", the group business launched last semester. Students had an opportunity to receive valuable feedback and ask questions about what went right, what needed improvement, and tips for applying the lessons learned to their individual businesses (which will launch very soon!) As a local entrepreneur who has established several successful businesses, Michael had lots of great advice.

About mistakes: "It's tough to let the mistake go. But you learn from failure - that's the reward."
About moving forward: "Always be thinking 'What's my next move? What's my back up plan?'"
About reputation: "Transitioning to the next thing is easy when you've established trust and your reputation."

CEO is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Abe's. Thank you, Mr. Simonson, for your generosity with your time, resources, and expertise. And thanks to those who shopped with POP'd at the holiday sales events. Because of your support, our three young entrepreneurs have generated start up capital for their individual businesses. Thank you!
