π Mentor Matching Day Success!
This morning, the Land of Lincoln CEO class participated in their first Mentor Day β and what an incredible experience it was!
We kicked off with a roundtable introduction, followed by a deep dive into DISC personality profiles, and thoughtful conversations around personal and professional goals.
Each student had the chance to connect with every mentor, gaining insight and guidance from a variety of professional perspectives. At the end, mentors made their best guess about who they'd been matched with β a fun way to wrap up a morning full of meaningful, professional dialogue.
