We had a great visit with Seth A. Goodman at ME Realty! ME Realty has been a faithful investor of the CEO program and Seth has served as a mentor for students for a number of years.

Students learned a bit more about Seth's story as a Realtor. It had been his dream from a very early age, but there were people who didn't think he could do it. He said that his parents forced him to go to college rather than going straight into real estate (which actually turned out to be a great thing). He even had a teacher who doubted his goals, but eventually apologized years later for doing so.

Seth shared how the real estate market has changed since he started, especially lately with low supply issues, Covid, and higher interest rates.

Some people know Seth as the former mayor of the City of Lincoln. He discussed his foray into politics, the difficulties he faced as mayor, and why he decided to step down.
