Cavit Schempp

Hello. My name is Cavit Schemp and I was in the 2018-2019 CEO class. My business is Silicate Designs, where I take Central Illinois Stones and turn them into necklaces. This helps the local farmers to get rocks out of their fields in order to lessen the damage to their farm machinery due to rocks. I currently have two stands set up at Blades Hair and Nail Salon, in Lincoln and I am also selling on their website. In addition to Blades, I also sell necklaces from my Instagram and Facebook (@silicate_designs). I am currently a student at Augustana College working towards a double majoring in Accounting and Geology.
